In Miami’s humidity, the evaporator coil, drain pan and air handler stay wet much of the year. Dust that reaches those surfaces sticks, and it’s a common source of musty AC odors and reduced airflow.

    We look at your vents, returns, accessible ductwork and AC equipment, and explain what we find before any work begins.

    Protect

    Floors and work areas are covered, and the duct system is put under negative air pressure so loosened debris is pulled out, not pushed into the room.

    Clean

    Brushes and air whips break buildup loose from the ductwork while the collection unit captures it. Equipment is cleaned according to the scope you approved.

    Walk Through

    We show you the results, clean the grilles and registers, and point out anything that may need attention later.

How often should AC ducts be cleaned in Miami?

Why does my AC smell musty?
